To keep AirFly travel-ready, use it for 30–60 minutes at least once a month and avoid letting the battery fully discharge. If you’re storing it for an extended period, charge it to around 50% first. A little routine maintenance can help keep it healthy for the long haul.

Frequently Asked Questions Will AirFly work with my hearing aids?

If your hearing aids support standard Bluetooth (not Bluetooth Low Energy/BLE) and can enter pairing mode without using a smartphone app, they may be able to connect to AirFly. That said, because hearing aid technology can vary quite a bit between brands and models, this isn’t a connection we can officially support.

Because results can vary, we definitely recommend reaching out to your hearing aid manufacturer if you’re unsure about their Bluetooth compatibility.

AirFly SE & Pro 2: Use the built-in volume buttons to turn the sound up or down. To mute AirFly SE and Pro, double-click the Volume Down button. The light will blink amber continuously to let you know the Volume is muted. Double-click Volume Down again to unmute and return to the previous volume setting.

AirFly Pro: Volume is controlled by your connected audio source, just like other Bluetooth transmitters. Simply adjust the volume on your device to your preferred listening level.

Frequently Asked Questions Do I have to re-pair my headphones every time?

No. Once paired, AirFly Pro 2 will automatically reconnect to the last two devices it was connected to. The first device will connect in ~15 seconds. The second device will connect in ~35 seconds
