Do these actually work for ear pressure and pain when the plane lands?

These use a built-in pressure filter to slow cabin pressure changes during descent. In an independent study of over 500 passengers, more than 90 percent reported significant relief from ear discomfort.

When do I put these in, and when can I take them out?

Insert them about 45 minutes before landing. For flights under 90 minutes, wear them the entire flight. Keep them in until you are inside the airport building so your ears have time to fully adjust.

What is the difference between these and regular foam earplugs for flying?

Foam earplugs only block sound. These do both: a built-in pressure filter slows air pressure changes during descent, and the 24 dB noise reduction makes the flight quieter too.

Are these reusable, or do I need to buy a new pair for every flight?

They are reusable for up to 6 flights. They come with a small carrying case so you can store them safely between trips. After 6 uses the filter may lose effectiveness and it is time to replace them.

Is there a kids version? How do I know which size to buy?

These adult earplugs fit teens and adults with a normal-sized ear canal. For children ages 1 to 12, or adults with a small ear canal, choose the Sanohra Fly Kids version instead.
