Can the Fogland Backpack be fully submerged underwater?

Yes, once the zippers are sealed shut, the Fogland Backpack can be submerged underwater for extended time (30+ minutes, IP68 waterproof) while keeping all contents in the front pocket AND large main compartment completely dry.

Will it float?

Yes, the Fogland 20L floats on the surface of the water. In case it goes overboard, it’s easy to retrieve, making it a perfect deck bag for your PWC/jet-ski, boat, kayak or canoe.

Do I have to worry about rust?

No. We intentionally use 100% non-corrosive materials and components – from UTX Duraflex buckles to polymer and stainless zippers and pullers.

How big is the laptop sleeve?

The Fogland 20L’s laptop sleeve measures measures 10″ W x 13″ H (25cm X 33cm) and fits laptops measuring 14″ (or greater). It also features a “false bottom” that is .8″ (2cm) from the bottom to protect your device from impact with the ground.
