Does the power bank get warm during charging?

Slight warmth during wireless or fast charging is normal due to energy transfer. The built-in thermal management system and over-temperature protection help maintain safe and stable charging without harming your phone or battery.

How can I reduce heat during charging?

For cooler charging, double-press the power button to activate Low Current Mode. The scrolling indicator shows it is balancing charging performance and temperature. Double-press again to return to Fast Charging Mode.

Can I still put my phone in my pocket with the power bank attached?

Yes. The slim design slips easily into pockets and bags, and it feels comfortable to hold and use with one hand during daily activities like commuting or walking.

Why is glass used instead of metal or plastic? Will it affect use if the glass is damaged?

Glass is used to ensure efficient wireless charging and a stable magnetic connection. If the glass is damaged but internal components are unaffected, the power bank may still work. For safety and appearance reasons, we recommend contacting support.
